FIT CLUB - Little Ninjas

Have a super active child that needs to burn off energy? Have a timid child that needs a boost in confidence? Our class is perfect for them! Our coaches help bring out the best in each child! This class teaches body awareness and introduces them to basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu moves. Our coaches help kids build self-esteem, self-confidence, and learn important social skills. His goal is to make each child mentally tough and physically strong.
