Stroller Strides - 53503

Stroller Strides®, Stroller Barre and Strides 360 are stroller-based fitness programs designed for moms to do with their little ones. Mom achieves a total body workout using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller, while baby has fun! Our classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are a great way to get back into shape, have fun with your baby, and meet other moms. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least six weeks of age to begin class and you can take classes up to any age so long as your little one still enjoys a ride in the stroller. Classes are ongoing.
